Our engineers in China and US designed this nMount with several innovations after studying the best
ultra-compact mounts in the market. They designed the mount so that it is compatible
with the current ultra-compact mounts and yet offer the highest stability. The
NuMounts have the dimensions that allow drop-in replacement of current mounts
from other major vendors in North America. A
novel folded all-flexture design for both X and Y axis offers the unmatched
stability compared to spring loaded mounts. The all-flexture design benefits
from the amazing capability of High Speed Wire EDM (HS-WEDM) machines in China. Invented and matured in China, HS-WEDMs are now able to offer micron scale accuracy
and roughness. With an annual installation of over 40K units, they can now be
found at every machine shop in China. With the
low cost yet skilled labor from China,
we are able to offer this amazing mount at a competitive price too.
We guarantee the availability of the nMount in black color in our stockroom in CA. A 12-days turn around time is needed for customer logo printing and nMount with other colors.

¨¹ Ultra-compact, folded all-flexture design
This design provides maximum stability compared to spring loaded mounts. Even when compared to other flexture mount, this folded design excels with a 9mm thick frame for maximum stiffness.
¨¹ Custom logo laser scribing at low/no cost
Customer could order their logos and texts to be inscribed on the mount --- fast turn around time and at low or no setup cost.
¨¹ Variety of colors
We offer customer 6 colors for the nMount, including black, clear, red, Green, Gold and blue..
¨¹ Low cost
The retail price of the mount is $45/ea. We offer ODM customers very good volume discount.
In the end, the nMount offer a drop-in replacement for other popular ultra-compact mounts in the market. Adjustment could be done with a standard 5/64¡± allen key (for #8-32 set screws) or manual knob (option)..
