For pricing, information, and questions please contact a U-Oplaz representative directly. Our sales office is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, Pacific Standard Time. Therefore, we can be easily reached at any time and we respond to most requests for pricing and additional information within 24 hours. We accept orders by mail, phone, fax or e-mail. The following information is offered as a general guideline for ordering products from CASIX. For a copy of our complete terms and conditions, please contact your local sales representative.
To accept an order we will need the following information about the product:

Specifications
We do our best to offer accurate information on our products. However, the user should always verify the suitability of a product for its intended use. If a particular specification is crucial, please check before ordering.
Technical specifications are subject to change without notice as we make design changes and improvement.
Shipping
If you have a preferred shipping carrier, we will need the name, address, and phone number of your shipper and your account number. If the shipment method is not specified, we will default to the most efficient and economical method for your order. Default shipping and handling charges are prepaid and added to your invoice.
Price
All prices quoted will be in US dollars with validty of three month and subject to change without advanced notice.
Payment
All payments are in US dollars. Invoice amount includes total price of items, shipping and handling charges and any bank transaction fees. Acceptable payments are: Net 30 terms (on approved credit), wire transfer, COD, VISA and MasterCard.
Warranty
All products are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. U-Oplaz reserves the right to repair or replace defective products at our option. This warranty does not apply to failure of the product due to misuse, abuse, accident, or neglect. Our liability is limited to the price of the part or service we are providing.
Returns
We can troubleshoot most problems via phone, fax, or e-mail. If necessary, we will give you a RMA number and you can return the materials to us for evaluation. All returned materials should be shipped prepaid with the RMA number specified on the shipping documents
International Sales
U-Oplaz has distributors in several countries. We recommend that you place your orders to them. If you have trouble contacting a local representative, we will be happy to accommodate you.
