Special software -- Dynaposition, is also available for synchronized control of several axis that are correlated with external parameters.

SPECIFICATIONS
  • Mix servo and stepper control modules for as many as 8 axes of control on one motherboard.

Modular design

The DynaPosition Motion Control Card DCX-PC fits in an 8-bit ISA expansion slot of an IBM PC compatible computer. The Control Card will drive any Closed Loop (i.e. Encoder + DC motor) DC servo acuators or stepper acuators with output current up to 500mA and requires no external power supplies. Custom fitting on non-standard acuators are available.

Fully Programmable Integral/Derivative (PID) control is provided for each actuator. There are also 16 digital I/O and 4 8-bits AD lines which are user-accessible; they may be used to monitor your set-up or to control external devices. Software disk containing a comprehensive installation and diagnostic program is supplied with the Control Card. Software drivers in Visual BASIC, C, Pascal and LabView are also available.

The controllers all come with software drivers and sample programs for programing in Visual C, BASIC, PASACAL and LABVIEW.

The controllers all come with cables which are adaptable to standard DC servo acuators.
