CASIX is pleased to announce the first Windows based software dedicated for Non-linear Optical Conversion calculation in the non-linear optical material industry. The software NLO provides strong capability for the following :

1. Calculation of phase matching angle along with acceptance angle, spetral and temperature bandwidth for all kinds of non-linear optical crystals -- both well documented crystal and exotic crystals, as well as cutomer defined ones. Calculation is applied to both critical phase matching (CPM) and non-critical phase-matching (NCPM), as well as unconventional phase matching schemes made by the customer.

2. Calculation of efficiencies for SHG,SFG,DFM and OPA processes. Allow the customer to easily change the input beam parameters so as to maximize efficiency.

3. A dozen of linear optical co-efficients are also available along with the non-linear optical constants. These include refractive index, GVM, walk-off angle, etc. It also allows the user to calculate ultra-short pulse broadening.

4. References/Applications are hyper-text linked to the program -- allow the user to get detailed information about the special applications of the crystal.

This program is a must for both experts and beginners in the non-linear optical conversion professional field.
